NOAA is a bright, enthusiastic young Border Collie whose favorite thing in the world is having a job to do. With several titles already to his name, he has shown an eagerness to learn and a natural desire to work alongside his handler.

As his journey continues, NOAA is being introduced to Rally and Scent Work; the two sports we are especially excited to pursue with him.

Despite his enthusiasm for training, NOAA has an exceptional off switch at home. When the work is done, he's content to relax with his family. His balance of drive and settle embodies the versatile temperament we value so highly at Mockingbird.
